Documenting Membership in the Academy

We’ve been asked how your participation in Teaching Academy events should be documented in your vitae. Here's an example of how to include it in a section on professional development.


Professional Development

Distinguished Member, NMSU Teaching Academy, 2006–2007. Membership in the NMSU Teaching Academy is based on participation. Distinguished Membership is the highest level of membership and requires 40 hours of participation within one year.

Teaching conferences, short courses, and workshops attended:
