Promotion and tenure narratives

The Teaching Academy is working to demystify the tenure and promotion process and make it more transparent. Therefore, we are posting letters of intent, curriculum vitae, narratives, or whatever key materials of your promotion you give us to share.

Do you have materials from a promotion to associate or full professor within the past five years you are willing to post? If so, please email them to teaching@nmsu.edu. We would like to have a paper copy of your materials if you have an extra set. In this case, please let us know, and we will come pick them up.

Most materials posted here are PDF files. More extensive promotion and tenure packets are sometimes available for review in the Teaching Academy library if the person who contributed the packet gave it to the Academy. To check to see whose packets are available in the library, choose “P & T” from the media type dialog box on the Teaching Academy library search page, and leave the key word box empty.
